Hi there everyone....Here is a question for you:  Do you have a job that keeps you on your feet for most of the day and they hurt? If you answered yes to this question...here is a trick to help relieve foot pain...

1) Have a tennis ball and put in on the floor and put your foot on the ball and roll it around the bottom of your foot with slight pressure....this lets the tendons and muscles in the foot relax.

2) Take a frozen water bottle, and lay on floor....with socks on your feet, put one foot at a time on the bottle and roll back and forth with slight pressure for about 10 minutes for each foot. The cold will help relieve the pain and the frozen water bottle will do the same as the tennis ball....loosen the tendons and muscles of the foot.
