Are you constantly using your hands? Typing, drawing, painting, writing that sort of thing. Do they begin to hurt, get sore or cramp up? If so....make sure to take breaks to stretch out you hands and fingers. With your palm side away from you.....stretch your fingers by gently bringing one finger at a time back toward your body. Not to far though. Another thing you can do is slow rotations (circles with each finger) then your wrist.
